Stephanie is a perinatal and parenting psychologist supporting women and families throughout the seasons from preconception, to supporting the parenting journey in the early years. She offers in-home services in the Metropolitan Adelaide region and Telehealth to clients nationwide. Stephanie provides a warm and connecting space for women and their families to feel safe, heard, held, and empowered.
Stephanie has worked with parents and their families throughout her career and hopes to support clients to connect with the self, body and baby. She has further training on the impact of trauma on anxiety and interpersonal relationships and trauma-focused treatment approaches. Stephanie has a special interest in supporting women in the emotional preparation of birth, and healing from the impact of birth trauma. She also holds a special interest in supporting parents in their early parenting journey to promote values-focused family life.
Supporting connection in the parent-child relationship plays an integral part of Stephanie’s approach when working with mothers, helping clients to deepen their identity as it shifts through the seasons of the motherhood and parenthood journey.
Stephanie uses a combination of therapy approaches, working closely with clients to develop meaningful therapeutic goals. Treatment may use approaches such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, or Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Stephanie is also trained in Level 1 Theraplay to support parent-child relationship, and Level 2 Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy.
Stephanie also advocates for the use of yoga and massage to support mind-body connection.

Fees & Rebates
Cost: $270 per 50-minute session (travel costs apply for home visits) *Medicare Rebate: $141.85
Out-of-pocket: $128.15 per session
*Medicare rebates are available to those who have a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from their GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician. This must be in place prior to the first claimable session.
Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Some evening appointments may be available.
