At Growth in Mind Psychology, my focus is helping clients grow in the aspects of their life that are currently important and impactful to them. Personal growth varies across the lifespan and can be particularly poignant during transition phases such as the perinatal period and navigating early parenthood. I am passionate about families and enjoy working with parents to help them feel empowered to more successfully understand their parenting strengths and challenges; their children’s strengths and challenges and most importantly develop positive relationships within their family dynamic.

When working with women experiencing fertility difficulties and with people during the perinatal period, I utilise an integrative, system focussed approach. In my practice I draw on a number of treatment modalities including: Circle of Security, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy and Mindfulness.

As a Mother of three children (including twins), I know all too well the challenges and joy that being part of a family brings. My compassion for families, sibling relationships and parenting has definitely developed through my own life experiences.  In addition to my professional skills, I believe my personal experiences help to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment for clients to share their journey and grow, both as an individual and as a parent.
